This is the birthplace of Flamenco and the city where the most amazing Easter processions takes place. But Seville is also the neuralgic centre of the South of Spain, a city full of life and possibilities. The best time to visit Seville is from March to May since during these months the temperatures are mild and the springtime hosts the city’s most notable annual festivals like Semana Santa and Feria de Abril.
How to get there
The Seville Airport, which facilities were designed by the prestigious Spanish architect Rafael Moneo, is 10km north of the city. Seville has an excellent road and rail communications for quick and convenient access to the city by whichever means of transport you choose.
