Algarve is truly a year round destination. Spring and Summer are long and winter is short but mild. This is the region in Portugal with the best climate.
How to get there
Algarve can be easily reached from anywhere in continental Europe. Air Travel is certainly the most comfortable and fastest way to get to the sun drenched Algarve. Faro Airport is only 3 hours from most European destination and just 4km from downtown Faro.
